Order Cancellations / Changes
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible costs. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point.
If you cancel your entire order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee before a refund is issued. (5% of the invoice total)
Orders can only be canceled or modified under the following terms:
1) The order has not been shipped (Non-custom / made to order item)
2) Orders with any custom print or custom made to order cannot be canceled or changed if the work is already started/completed.
You will be able to make the following changes if the work has not yet been started.
1) Changes to design elements such as colors or text.
2) Switching to different products.
3) Add/Remove any products.
